Yes, assembly is done on arrival or if requested 1 day prior to the event.

What is the policy in case a game gets damaged while I’m using it?

If the damage occurred due to misuse of the games during an event the client covers the maintenance costs.

You can contact our support team, they are available all week from 9am till 1am.

Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?

We are based in Bitouratij Tripoli, and we serve events from North Lebanon to Beirut. For events outside our local area, please contact us to discuss logistics.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for custom game development.
